The intended audience for this article is Agents.

To complete this setup step, you'll need administrative access to your AMS360 instance

  • The purpose of this step is to set up your App Catalog to work with Wunderite and the necessary EMS API configurations for AMS360 and Wunderite to communicate.

  • The steps below walk you through this setup.

  • If you intend to enable AMS360 Business Unit Segmentation in Wunderite, we highly recommend reviewing our initial guide to learn more about this setup before proceeding.

  1. Login to AMS360 as an Administrator

  2. In the top navigation, click Administration

  3. On the left menu under General, click Application Catalog

  4. In the bottom half of the screen, locate Wunderite and click the Subscribe button

  5. In the Subscribe Application window, click New

  6. Fill out the following fields:

    • Username: Wunderite

    • Short Name: WUNDER

  7. Select a Business Unit Group

    1. All is preferred unless you will only use Wunderite for certain Business units (e.g. if you only want a certain Division integrating with Wunderite)

    2. For more information about how to setup and manage Business Unit Access in AMS360, see their support article here.

  8. Security Group Assignment: Select a Security Group

    1. ADMIN is preferred, however the group should at least provide access to Customers, Contacts, Employees, Activities and Policies.

  9. In the top blue bar, click Add

  10. Click the Subscribe button at the bottom of the window

  11. Click the “eye” icon to expose the App Key

    • This is the value you’ll need to provide to Wunderite so we’re able to access the EMS APIs on your behalf

  12. Add the Access Key value to the corresponding field in the Step 2 of the onboarding workflow

  13. Add the Integration Contact -- this is the individual at your agency who should be notified by Wunderite with any information or issues related to your integration with AMS360 and Wunderite.

Wunderite can always help you change these details if your contact changes in the future.

  14. If enabling AMS360 Business Unit Segmentation in Wunderite, select which AMS360 Business Unit level you would like to use to create the corresponding segments to which your customers and users will be affiliated in Wunderite. You can choose from the following Business Units:

    1. Division

    2. Branch (default)

    3. Department

    4. Group

  15. Select whether you'd like to bring over Commercial lines and/or Personal lines customers and prospects by selecting the corresponding checkboxes in Step 2 of the the onboarding workflow

  16. Click the Save & Continue button to proceed to the next step in the process.
