​The intended audience for this article is Agents.

To complete this setup step, you'll need administrative access to your AMS360 instance

  1. Login to AMS360 as an Administrator

  2. In the top navigation, click Administration

  3. On the left menu under General, click Web Services API

  4. In the Web Service API Setup window, click New
    ​

  5. Fill out the following fields:

    • Web Service Application: Custom

    • WSAPI Login ID: Add the address provided in the secure onboarding workflow

    • Password: Add the address provided in the secure onboarding workflow

    • Verify Password: <same as above>

    • Data Security based on: Entity Access Security Only

    • If you intend to use Wunderite with only specific Business units (e.g. if you only want a certain Division integrating with Wunderite), Data Security should be configured for a Specific Employee.

      • The Employee's data security access needs to align with the Business units you intend to use with Wunderite.

      • If one does not exist, a new Employee will need to be created.
        ​

  6. Select the following Entity Access Permissions:

    • Activity: Insert

    • Customer: Retrieve, Insert, Update

    • Customer Contact: Retrieve, Insert, Update, Delete

    • Employee: Retrieve

    • GLBranch, GLDepartment, GLDivision, GLGroup: Retrieve

    • Policy: Retrieve

    • Search: Retrieve

  7. In the top yellow bar, click Add
    ​

  8. Save and Close
