Step 1: Generate Customer & Prospect Report

Create reports to give Wunderite a sense of how many customer and prospect records we should expect to sync to Wunderite

To complete this setup step, you'll need administrative access to your AMS360 instance

The purpose of this step is to give Wunderite a general idea of the total number of active Customers and Prospects in your AMS360 database. These counts help our team work from a baseline when syncing your DB to identify any possible issues with the setup.

If you know these numbers off-hand, send them over. Otherwise, the steps below outline how you can go about running reports in AMS360 to determine these counts.


  1. Login to AMS360 as an Administrator

  2. In the bottom navigation, click Toolbox

  3. In the menu that appears, click Classic Reports


  4. In top yellow bar of the the Reports - All screen, click New

  5. The the Report Name dropdown, choose the Customer List option


  6. Click Add New Report Group and enter Wunderite as the Unique Group Name


  7. Enter Active Customers & Prospects in the Description field

  8. In top yellow bar of the the Report List screen, click Add

  9. Open the report by clicking on the name in the Report List

  10. In the report, make the following Selections:

    1. Customer Type choose Agency customers

    2. Status choose Active

    3. Note: If you plan to only sync specific business units to Wunderite, you'll want to include those selections in these reports.

    4. Click Generate


  11. Modify the Customer Type to Agency prospects and click Generate


  12. Send the total row counts from each of two files to your Wunderite account manager.
