Customer/Prospect Data Requirements
What information must I have in AMS360 to ensure the Customer/Prospect syncs to Wunderite?
- Account must be a Customer or Prospect
- Account must be Active
- Uncheck Automatically check based on active policies
- Account must have a Commercial and/or Personal policy selected
- Account must have at least one of the following: - Firm Name
- DBA
- First/Last Name

- Are new customers or updates still not syncing to to Wunderite? There could be an error on the AMS360 side - learn more here.
Important
- If you have a Customer or Prospect in AMS360 that is configured as both Commercial and Personal, the integration will only create a Commercial risk profile in Wunderite.
 β
- The integration syncs records 1 to 1 -- it is not possible to keep two separate records in sync with a single AMS360 Customer.
 β
- If this is an issue, we recommend creating separate Customer records for your Commercial and Personal lines accounts in AMS360.

Creating & Updating Records After the Initial Data Sync
Wunderite treats AMS360 as the system of record. For this reason, all new records must originate from AMS360. You will not be able to manually create new risk profiles in Wunderite when the integration is enabled.
After we sync over your AMS360 database to Wunderite, you may continue to add or modify new or existing customer/prospect records in AMS360.
If a record did not previously meet the criteria to be synced and you make a change to that record (e.g. marking an Inactive Customer as Active), the record will be picked up by the integration and automatically synced to Wunderite.
Once a record is synced to Wunderite, the integration will handle two-way updates of the available data fields. We do not stop syncing the data even if the customer/prospect is marked Inactive or no longer is set as a Commercial and/or Personal account in AMS360.
