Wunderite's AMS360 integration allow agents to instantly create and update the
following records in Wunderite & AMS360 (2-way):
Personal accounts with the following data points:
Name
Email
Phone / Extension
Address
Commercial accounts with the following data points:
Name
Website
Phone / Extension
Fax
Address
NAICS code
SIC code
Contacts within a commercial account with the following data points:
Name
Prefix
Email
Phone / Extension
Title
While Wunderite does update data in AMS360, we do not delete customers/prospects in AMS360. The first phase of our integration requires accounts to originate from AMS360; Commercial and Personal account creation in Wunderite is disabled.
File Sync
The integration will sync PDFs related to forms and signatures completed in Wunderite back to Vertafore AMS360 or ImageRight.
You have three options when it comes to the the file sync:
1. Automatically Create Activities in AMS360
Wunderite's AMS360 integration automatically creates activities in AMS360 when trigger actions are completed in Wunderite. The Activity in AMS360 includes user details, date/time, attached PDF(s), and direct links to Wunderite from AMS360.
The following Wunderite triggers create activities in AMS360:
Agent or customer marks a form as completed
All parties sign a form
2. ImageRight
Send completed forms and signature packets as a PDF attachment to your email receiver address configured with your ImageRight instance.
Choosing this option requires Vertafore's ImageRight product to be set up and active for your agency.
You will need to determine your email receiver address(es) and subject line format. Our ImageRight Setup Guide explains in more detail.
3. Do Not Sync Files
This option will turn off any file syncing from Wunderite to Vertafore.
Note: You must choose only one of the three options. Creating both Activities and ImageRight tasks is not supported, for example.
