What Data Syncs between Wunderite and AMS360?

How Wunderite imports and synchronizes data between Vertafore's AMS360 and Wunderite

Wunderite's AMS360 integration allows agents to instantly create and update supported records between Wunderite and AMS360 using two-way synchronization. Supported synchronization includes:

Personal accounts

The following Personal account data points sync between Wunderite and AMS360:

  • Name

  • Email (syncs to Email - Other in Wunderite)

  • Phone / Extension

  • Address

Commercial accounts

The following Commercial account data points sync between Wunderite and AMS360:

  • Name

  • Website

  • Phone / Extension

  • Fax

  • Address

  • NAICS code

  • SIC code

Commercial account contacts

Contacts within a Commercial account sync with the following data points:

  • Name

  • Prefix

  • Email (syncs to Email - Other in Wunderite)

  • Phone / Extension

  • Title

Commercial account email behavior

  • Top-level Commercial Risk Profiles in Wunderite do not store Commercial account email addresses. Commercial account email addresses should instead be maintained on associated contact records in AMS360 and Wunderite

  • Wunderite doesn't synchronize top-level Commercial account email fields in AMS360.

Country code behavior

Country code fields are not currently synchronized for Commercial Risk Profiles.

Personal Lines name mapping behavior

For Personal Lines accounts, Wunderite uses a single Name field. AMS360 stores Personal account names separately using:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Firm Name

During synchronization:

  • Wunderite imports the AMS360 Firm Name field when present

  • If AMS360 Firm Name is blank, Wunderite combines First Name and Last Name into the Wunderite Name field

  • Updates made in Wunderite synchronize back to the AMS360 Firm Name field only

  • Wunderite does not update AMS360 First Name or Last Name fields

Account creation limitations

  • The current integration requires accounts to originate from AMS360.

  • Commercial and Personal account creation in Wunderite is disabled.

  • While Wunderite updates supported data in AMS360, Wunderite does not delete customers or prospects in AMS360.

File Sync

The integration can sync PDFs related to completed forms and signatures from Wunderite back to Vertafore AMS360 or ImageRight. You have three options for file synchronization.

Automatically create AMS360 activities

Wunderite's AMS360 integration can automatically create Activities in AMS360 when trigger actions are completed in Wunderite.

The Activity includes:

  • User details

  • Date and time

  • Attached PDF files

  • Direct links to Wunderite from AMS360

The following Wunderite triggers create activities in AMS360:

  • Agent or customer marks a form as completed

  • All parties sign a form

ImageRight

Send completed forms and signature packets as a PDF attachment to your email receiver address configured with your ImageRight instance.

  • Choosing this option requires Vertafore's ImageRight product to be set up and active for your agency.

  • You will need to determine your email receiver address(es) and subject line format. Our ImageRight Setup Guide explains in more detail.​

  • The total file size limit is 20 MB per email.

Do Not Sync Files

This option will turn off any file syncing from Wunderite to Vertafore.

Note: You must choose only one of the three options. Creating both Activities and ImageRight tasks is not supported.
