Step 4: Notification Service Setup (ONS)

To complete this setup step, you'll need administrative access to your AMS360 instance

  1. Login to AMS360 as an Administrator

  2. In the top navigation, click Administration

  3. On the left menu under General, click Notification Service Setup

  4. In the Notification Service Setup window, click New

  5. In the Notification Client field, type in Wunderite

  6. In the Contacts top yellow bar, click New

  7. Fill out the following fields:

    1. Name: Wunderite

  8. In the top yellow bar, click Add

  9. Under Recipient Information blue bar, click New

  10. Fill out the following Recipient Information fields:

    • Recipient Name: Wunderite

    • Destination Address: Add the address provided in the secure onboarding workflow

    • Authentication Code: Add the code provided in the secure onboarding workflow

    • Notification Version: 3.0

    • Primary Contact: select Wunderite

    • Status: On

  11. Click Notification Types to expand

  12. Within Grant Notifications, select the following:

    • Activity

    • ActivityUpdate

    • Customer

    • CustomerContact

    • CustomerDependent

    • Employee

    • GLBranch

    • GLDepartment

    • GLDivision

    • GLGroup

  13. In the Recipient Information yellow bar, click Add


  14. In the Notification Service Clients yellow bar click Add again
