How do I view what my customer (insured) sees?

While it’s not currently possible to view Wunderite exactly as a specific customer user, there are a few ways to preview the customer experience.

  • Task list preview modal
    Use the task list preview modal to see all tasks that are assigned to a collaborator.

  • Test customer account
    Set up a test customer account to explore Wunderite from a customer’s perspective. This is helpful for understanding the overall experience, but it does not allow you to view the app as a specific customer user.

  • End customer (insured) walkthrough video
    See what it's like to accept a Wunderite invitation, fill out forms, and sign files as an end customer.

  • Knowledgebase screenshots
    Our knowledgebase guide on customer messages includes screenshots of most customer-facing screens. These provide a good reference for what customers see.
