The intended audience for this article is Agents.

You can preview the end customer (insured) experience by creating a test customer account. The steps below walk you through creating a test Risk Profile, inviting yourself as a collaborator, and accessing the customer portal in a separate session.

1. Create a Test Risk Profile

  • Create a test Commercial or Personal Risk Profile in Wunderite.

  • If your AMS is integrated with Wunderite, create the profile in your AMS first, then trigger a sync to Wunderite.

  • Clearly label the test profile (for example, Commercial Test Customer). Fill in any details you’d like to use during testing.

2. Invite Yourself as a Test Collaborator

  1. Open the Forms page.

  2. Add a form to the test profile.

  3. Select Share with Someone.

  4. In the Assign & Share modal, choose Add New Collaborator +.

  5. Select Customer.

Choosing a test email

Enter a name that clearly indicates the account is for testing. For the email:

After adding the customer, select Next and make sure Notify 1 collaborator is enabled. Then send the form.

3. Access the Test Account in a Private Session

To avoid mixing your agent session with your test customer session, always open customer links in a private or incognito window.

  • In your test email, right-click View Form or Accept Invitation.

  • Select Open link in private window or Open link in incognito window.

You’ll be prompted to accept the invitation and confirm your account details. After that, you’ll be signed in as your test customer. From the Forms Response page, use the Back button to view the customer task list.

4. Continue Testing

As an agent, you can assign additional forms or signatures to your test customer.
Whenever you need to view the customer experience, open Wunderite in a private/incognito window.

Private/incognito shortcuts

  • Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N

  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

  • Or open the browser menu (three-bar button in the top right of your browser) and select New private window or New incognito window.
