Add or edit a customer message
When an agent invites a new customer to collaborate, or assigns a form/questions to an existing customer collaborator, the agent has an opportunity to include a message to their customer.
To update a customer message, an agent can...
Navigate to the Risk Profile > Collaborators page
Select the βοΈ (edit) icon for a user
Scroll to the Message text area, add a message, and save
Customer messages display in the following areas
New collaborator invite emails
When your customer signs in to Wunderite, in addition to seeing the invite message from their agent, they will also see the agent's name and email address. Additionally the agent's photo and phone number will display if the agent have them added in their Account Settings. They will see a list of tasks like forms, signatures or risk data collaboration assigned by the agent.
