Risk Data Tables - Buildings
A new spreadsheet interface for managing Risk Data. Advanced table functionality like copy and paste, undo and redo, import workflow, and keyboard navigation. Commercial Buildings is the first page to get the update. Remaining Risk Data pages will be iteratively released throughout Summer 2025.

When any user hovers over a question, a hover toolbar displays with some actions. We removed the single
Assign & Sharebutton because it was causing and confusion and taking up space. Instead, agents should select one or multiple questions, thenSend or Signto assign questions orUnassign Questionsto unassign.For end customers, we removed the ability to
Send FormorUnassign Questions. Historically, the intent has been to allow end customers to re-assign questions to other coworkers who might be better suited to answer a question. However, the functionality was not completely working, so we removed it entirely for end customers.
Simplify collaborator permissions
We updated the end customer collaborator invite process by simplifying a complex permissions matrix into a permission sets. Check out our explanation video below:
