Risk Data Tables: UI & Keyboard Shortcuts

A detailed breakdown of actions, navigation elements, and keyboard shortcuts on Risk Data Tables

The intended audience for this article is Agents and Insureds/End Customers.

On May 7, 2025, Wunderite released it's first iteration of Risk Data Tables for Commercial Buildings, which adds a spreadsheet-like editing functionality for Wunderite's risk data schedules: copy, paste, undo, redo, import, bulk actions, validation, and more. Between May and August 2025, we'll be rolling out this feature to all other commercial and personal risk data pages. Below is a breakdown of important page elements and keyboard navigation shortcuts.

Interface & Navigation

  1. Bulk add data ⬇️

    1. Add multiple blank rows by entering a value in the text input

    2. Add a single blank data row

    3. Import a risk data spreadsheet .xls, .xlsx, or .csv

    4. If your agency has Webhooks and Custom Importer enabled, your custom import action (e.g. import from AMS) will display at the bottom of this menu

  3. Vertical ellipsis button [ ⁝ ]

    1. Export risk data as a spreadsheet

    2. Download a sample import template file

    3. Coming soon: share schedules, notify collaborators, and lock schedules

  4. Use the Column visibility filter to show or hide columns

  5. Undo and redo buttons

  6. On pages that support it, select View Data to view 3rd-party e.g. Buildings or Vehicles

  7. πŸ–‡οΈ Attachments & Notes - Upload attachments, set a cover photo, add notes

  8. πŸ—‘οΈ Delete an individual data row

  9. β˜‘οΈ Multi-select data rows, then use the Bulk Actions toolbar to delete rows in bulk

  10. Add or view cover photo

  11. Some pages, like Buildings (Subjects of Insurance), support nested data. Select a nested data cell to open a modal spreadsheet editor for the nested data.
