The intended audience for this article is Agents and Insureds/End Customers.

Risk Data Tables provide spreadsheet-style editing for Wunderite’s risk data schedules. They support copy and paste, undo and redo, imports, bulk actions, validation, and more. Below is an overview of key page elements and keyboard shortcuts. If you need to share risk data, see our separate knowledgebase article.

Interface & Navigation

  1. Bulk add data ⬇️

    1. Add multiple blank rows by entering a value in the text input

    2. Add a single blank data row

    3. Import a risk data spreadsheet .xls, .xlsx, or .csv

    4. If your agency has Webhooks and Custom Importer enabled, your custom import action (e.g. import from AMS) will display at the bottom of this menu

  3. ↗️ Send & Review Risk Data

    1. Send for Review - assign a risk data schedule as a task for review.

    2. Renew Review - re-assign a risk data schedule to already assigned collaborators.

    3. Notify Collaborators - trigger a task list email to all collaborators.

    4. Lock/Unlock Schedule - lock the schedule from edits.

    5. I'm Done / Edit - when assigned to risk data, mark a risk data page as done.

    6. View Activity

    7. Currently in open beta, ask customer success if you would like it turned on

  4. Vertical ellipsis button [ ⁝ ]

    1. Export risk data as a spreadsheet

    2. Download a sample import template file

  5. Use the Column visibility filter to show or hide columns

  6. Undo and redo buttons

  7. On pages that support it, select View Data to view 3rd-party e.g. Buildings or Vehicles

  8. 🖇️ Attachments & Notes - Upload attachments, set a cover photo, add notes

  9. 🗑️ Delete an individual data row

  10. ☑️ Multi-select data rows, then use the Bulk Actions toolbar to delete rows in bulk

  11. Add or view cover photo

  12. Buildings support nested Subjects of Insurance data. Select a nested cell to edit it in a spreadsheet modal.
