Autofill Form Mapping - New Lines of Business

Wunderite continues to expand Autofill coverage, with a focus on Cross Form Mapping: forms with similar questions are mapped. When an agent or customer answers a question on one form, answers will Autofill on similar forms with similar questions.

The new lines of business supported are:

  • Cyber

  • Trucking

  • Lawyers Professional Liability

  • Contractors

  • Architects, Engineers, and Construction Managers

  • Inland Marine

  • Workers Compensation

  • Employment Practice Liability

  • General Liability

  • Restaurants

🎨 Usability

Simplify signature avatar hover tooltip status

On the Agent Dashboard > Signatures and Signature Manager page:

  1. We updated the status tooltip that displays when hovering over a user avatar. Now, instead of a seeing a large activity log popup, a small hover tooltip will display indicating how many fields that user has left to sign.

  2. If a signer is done signing all fields on a file or packet, then a green ✅ will display over their avatar.

  3. If more than 3 signers are assigned to a file, an overflow avatar will display. Selecting the overflow avatar will display a dropdown indicating the remaining signers.

These updates make the signature page UI more consistent with forms. The activity log summary is still accessible by hovering over the Updated date or the Status pillbox.

Simplify Forms > Actions dropdown

  1. We recently released an update so that form attachments (files uploaded by users via file upload question types) are automatically included when downloading a form. As a result, this makes the Actions > Download Form Attachments option on the Forms page redundant. In most cases, users will only see two download options now:

    1. Download Form - downloads the form PDF and any files uploaded to the form

    2. Download Form (Flat) - downloads a flattened (uneditable) version of the form and any files uploaded to the form.

    3. Download Form Attachments - this option is only available on forms that don't have a PDF available. e.g. "Upload your Declaration Pages"

  2. To save space on the menu, we removed the Fill Out option. This action would open the Forms Response page. It's a superfluous action, because selecting anywhere on the table row or form tile will perform the same action.

  3. We added a scrollbar, so that if the dropdown menu is larger than the browser window, users can scroll the menu.

Agent sees unassign options on Submissions page

Agents can only unassign forms from the Forms page; they can't unassign forms from the Submissions page. However, agents would still see unassign options on Submissions pages, even though the options didn't do anything.

Wunderite Extract: ACORD 125 matched to wrong form

Fixes an issue for agency teams with Wunderite Extract enabled, where the ACORD 125 was matched to the wrong form.

Signers with long names have their signatures truncated

Fixes an issue on signature files, where signers with long names (longer than ~25 characters) would have their signature truncated.

AMS360 & ImageRight: Include non-PDF forms in Activity

For agency teams with an AMS360 or ImageRight integration, we recently released an update that would include user-uploaded attachments when a form was completed. An unintentional side effect of this was that forms without a PDF (e.g. Upload your Declaration Pages) were no longer included in activities.
