Filter forms by date range; <code>Clear Filters</code> button

From the Forms page, use the new <code>All Time</code> dropdown menu to filter Forms by date range, which filters by updated date.

If any filters are applied on the Forms page, use the <code>Clear Filters</code> button to reset to the default filters: All Filters, All Progress, All Time.

Include form attachments when downloading forms

When downloading one or multiples completed forms, we automatically include any user-uploaded attachments uploaded to the form via upload question types.

Note: this doesn't impact ImageRight or AMS360 integrations. A follow-up task will address those integrations, scheduled to be released on April 16, 2025.

Truncate long submission names on buttons and menus

Fixes an edge case where long submission names would cause display issues on the submissions page. Long submission names will be truncated or wrap to another line so that they don't break button and menu layouts.

Agent signature doesn't display on completed signature file when signers have been modified

Fixes the following scenario: if an agent...

Adds an agent and pending customer collaborator as signers

Removes the pending collaborator from the risk profile

Adds a different existing collaborator as a signer on the file

1. Prepares a file for signature
2. Adds an agent and pending customer collaborator as signers
3. Agent signs all fields
4. Removes the pending collaborator from the risk profile
5. Adds a different existing collaborator as a signer on the file

Then the agent wouldn't be notified that they need to re-sign the file (modified files always need to be re-signed). As a result, when the customer collaborator signed the file, the completed and downloaded PDF wouldn't include the agent's signature.

Commercial risk profile icon is missing on agent dashboard

Fixes a minor UI bug where commercial risk profile icons should display as empty on the agent dashboard.
