Include form attachments with ImageRight and AMS360 activities
When a form with upload question types (e.g. "Upload Your Declaration Pages") is completed in Wunderite, the associated ImageRight payload or AMS360 activity now includes user-uploaded attachments.
Caveats
For ImageRight integrations, if the total payload is larger than 20mb, multiple emails will be sent
For ImageRight, if a specific attachment is larger than 20mb, it will be excluded
For AMS360 Activities, the total filesize limit is 100mb

Commercial Risk Profile shows created date instead of updated date
Fixes a minor UI issue on the Commercial Risk Profile index page, where mobiles tiles showed the risk profile created date instead of updated date.
Forms progress meter doesn't increase when a question is answered with 0
Fixes a UI issue on the forms progress meter, where questions answered with an exact value of 0 wouldn't increase the forms progress meter.
Completed Word and Excel signature files aren't downloaded as PDF
If an agent uploaded a Word or Excel file to request for signature, after the file was signed, it would download as a Word or Excel file instead of the expected .pdf output.
Awaiting Signers signature files fail to load on Agent Dashboard when sorting by profile name
When viewing the Signatures tab on the Agent Dashboard, if signature files were sorted by profile name, then files Awaiting Signers would fail to load when scrolling the page.
Activity isn't logged for files uploaded in a signature packet
If an agent uploads a file to request for signature, but doesn't send the file, no associated activity would be logged.
Closed submission warning modal lists all submissions rather than just closed submissions
If an agent attempts to mark a form incomplete, which belongs to a closed submission, they will receive a warning modal. If the form/s belonged to multiple submissions and only some of the submissions were closed, the warning modal would list all submissions, rather than just the closed submissions.
Agent doesn't receive alert when re-opening submission
Fixes an edge case that occurred when:
Agent completed a form in a submission
Closed the submission
Marked the form incomplete
Re-opened the submission, then select the
Undobutton in the alert notification
In that scenario, the submission can't be closed because it contains an incomplete form. Previously we wouldn't notify the user of the issue. We updated the behavior so the user will now be notified of the incomplete form.
