Customer Done Status for Forms, 2FA reset

Assign forms and track status with insured "I'm Done"

Wunderite makes it simple for insurance agents to assign questions to multiple recipients (insureds) from a single form, and effortless to track recipients' status answering those questions. Allows a customer to mark a form done without affecting the completion status of a form. Insureds can signal to their agents that they are done answering all of their questions. Meanwhile, only an agent can mark a form complete. This improves the usability of Wunderite's integration with AMS360 by preventing activities from getting logged as a result of customers and agents marking forms complete/incomplete. Send notification when anyone has completed signing a file

Adds a new notification that sends when anyone has completed signing a signature file or packet. Previously an email notification would only send when all collaborators completed a file or packet.


Allow Agent Administrators to reset another agent team member's 2-factor authentication

If an agent team member loses access to their authenticator app, preventing them from logging in to their Wunderite account, then an Admin Administrator can reset the agency member's 2FA from Wunderite. Previously a request needed to be sent to Wunderite Customer Success to verify the identity of the account.

Prerequisites:

  1. Only Agent Administrators can reset 2FA for another agency team member.

  2. The Agent Administrator must have 2FA enabled on their own account.

  3. The Agent Administrator will need to verify their identity with their authenticator app before they can reset another agency team member's 2FA.

Create policy page doesn't signal required fields

The Create policy page has a lot of required fields, but it's not clear what fields are required when filling out the form.

Forms page filtered results doesn't display empty state text on tile view

When viewing the Forms Index page with tile view toggled on, if an agent performed a search that returned no results, an empty state should display explaining that there are no search results.


Can't perform Premise search with an apostrophe

Attempting to search for a premise with an apostrophe in the address would result in no premises being returned, even if there were valid premises to display.


Risk Data: Drivers grid view search returns 500 error

When attempting to search by a driver name on commercial risk data, a 500 error would display.


Risk Data: Text overflows on notifications and modals

When uploading files to any Risk Data page, if a file had a long name, it would overflow associated notifications and modals.


Administrator needs to refresh the page to see Segment changes

Fixes an issue that required Agent Administrators to refresh the page before they could see new changes to a Segment.


Error when importing some Vehicles spreadsheets

In some cases, a user would encounter a 500 error when trying to import certain Vehicles spreadsheets.
