Wunderite makes it simple for insurance agents to assign questions to multiple recipients (insureds). Wunderite also tracks recipients' status answering those questions. Peter breaks it down in this video, highlighting:
Sharing a form with multiple recipients (insureds)
What the insureds see
"Done" vs "Complete"
Insureds mark a form as "I'm Done" to indicate that whatever was assigned to them is done
Insurance agents mark a form as complete once all insureds are done and the agent has reviewed the form
Wunderite will warn agents if the agent marks a form complete when not all recipients have clicked "I'm Done"
What happens to the insured view when a form is completed
When a form is marked as complete, the insured can no longer edit the form
If the agency has an AMS integration, marking a form as complete will also trigger Wunderite to create an activity in AMS
How an agent can mark a completed form as "incomplete" to assign more questions to the insured
Wunderite warns the agent that assigning new questions to the insured will change the insured's status from "done" to "not done"
