The intended audience for this article is Agents.

Segments let agencies organize Agency Team Members and Risk Profiles into groups such as regions, divisions, departments, or branches.

Prerequisites

  • Segments must be enabled by a Wunderite Customer Success Manager.

  • Team Admins can add and edit Segments in Team > Segments.

Key Features & Behavior

Permissions

  • Agency Admins can view and access all Risk Profiles, regardless of Segment.

  • Agency Members only see Risk Profiles that belong to the Segments they belong to.

  • Both Admins and Members can change a Risk Profile’s Segment, though Members can only select from Segments they belong to.

  • Agents can belong to multiple Segments.

Default Segment

  • Wunderite creates a Default Segment for all agents and Risk Profiles.

  • You can rename the Default Segment.

  • If you delete a Segment, all associated Risk Profiles move to the Default Segment.

Editing Segments

  • If you're a Team Admin, to edit an agent’s Segments: go to Team > Team Members, select the agent, then choose Segments from the dropdown.

  • To change a Risk Profile’s Segment: open the profile, then select the ✏️ pencil icon next to the Segment on the Overview page.

Branding

Segments support custom branding for agencies with multiple child agencies under one Wunderite account.

Display Name

  • If a Segment Display Name is set, it replaces the Agency Team name in:

    • the end customer portal

    • email notifications

  • If an agent belongs to only one Segment, they also see the Segment Display Name in Wunderite and in email notifications.

Logo

  • If a Segment logo is uploaded, it replaces the Agency Team logo in:

    • the end customer portal

    • email notifications

  • Agents who belong to only one Segment will also see the Segment logo in Wunderite and in email notifications.

This is useful for agency groups that consist of multiple child agencies that are all organized under one Wunderite Team Agency account.

If a Segment has a Display Name set, then it will appear in email notifications. If a Segment has a logo uploaded, then the Segment logo will display in email notifications.

If a Segment has a logo uploaded, then the logo will display in the end customer portal.

Integrations

Wunderite's Segments also integrate with AMS360's Business Units.
