The intended audience for this article is Agents.

Agencies can use Segments to organize, group, and brand agency Members and Risk Profiles into regions, divisions, departments, or branches.

Key Features & Behavior

  • Segments must be enabled by a Wunderite Customer Success Manager.

  • Permissions

    • Agency Administrators are able to view and access all Risk Profiles regardless of Segment.

    • Agency Members only have access to Risk Profiles that belong to the Segments the belong to.

    • Both Agency Admins and Members can edit a Risk Profile's Segment. However, Agency Members can only select from Segments that they belong to.

    • Agents can belong to multiple Segments.

  • Segments can added and edited by Team Admins from the Team > Segments sidebar menu tab.

  • By default, Wunderite creates a Default Segment that all agents and Risk Profiles belong to. The Default Segment can be renamed as necessary.

  • If a Segment with existing data is deleted from Wunderite, then all Risk Profiles are migrated to the Default Segment.

  • To edit the Segments that an agent belongs to, navigate to Team > Team Members, select the agent, and select the relevant Segments from the Segment dropdown.

  • To edit the Segment that a Risk Profile belongs to, navigate to the relevant Commercial or Personal Risk Profile, then select the โœ๏ธ icon next to the Segment heading on the left side of the Overview page.

Branding

  • If an Agent Admin sets a Segment Display Name, then the Segment Display Name will display in place of the Agency Team name in the end customer portal and in email notifications. Additionally, if an agent only belongs to one Segment, the Agent will see the Segment Display Name when logged into Wunderite or in email notifications.

  • If an Agent Admin uploads a logo to a Segment, then the Segment logo will display in place of the Agency Team logo in the end customer portal and in email notifications. If an agent only belongs to one Segment, the Agent will see the Segment logo when logged into Wunderite or in email notifications.

This is useful for agency groups that consist of multiple child agencies that are all organized under one Wunderite Team Agency account.

If a Segment has a Display Name set, then it will appear in email notifications. If a Segment has a logo uploaded, then the Segment logo will display in email notifications.

If a Segment has a logo uploaded, then the logo will display in the end customer portal.

Integrations

Wunderite's Segments also integrate with AMS360's Business Units.
