Recurring reminders automatically expire after 120 days

In accordance with changes to Google and Yahoo's email policies, we updated recurring reminders to automatically expire after 120 days. Existing conditions for when a recurring reminder are still in effect.


When a primary contact is deleted, notify the agent who the new primary contact is

  • When the first Risk Data Contact is added to a Risk Profile, we automatically assign that contact as the primary contact and then notify the agent with an in-app notification.

  • If a primary Risk Data Contact is deleted, we automatically assign the oldest remaining contact as the primary contact, and then notify the agent with an in-app notification.

Policy count doesn't auto increment when adding a new policy

When an agent created a new policy the policy count that displayed in the sidebar was not automatically incrementing.


Editing Risk Data Contact populates deleted email and phone number

Fixes an issue where editing a Risk Data Contact, then deleting the phone and email and then adding or removing a role would result in the email and phone data repopulating their respective fields.


Can't delete a Personal Risk Profile phone number

When editing a Personal Risk Profile, if an agent attempted to delete the phone number from the Overview > Contact section, the agent would encounter an error and be unable to save the change.


No empty state text on Risk Profiles

When on the Commercial Profiles or Personal Profiles pages, if an agent has the My Profiles filter toggled on and they don't have any existing profiles, the agent didn't see any descriptive text. We fixed this by prompting the user to create a Risk Profile:
"You don’t have any risk profiles yet. Would you like to create one?"


Agency logo and agency name don't link to agency portal

When an agent clicks on the agency logo or agency name that displays in the top left of the page, the agent should be directed to the agency portal homepage.


Form Bulk Actions language updates

On February 7, 2024 we added a bulk action that allows agents to download attachments from a selection of forms. To prevent confusion, we made the following language updates:

  • Updated Download All Attachments to Download Form Attachments - this downloads any user-uploaded attachments from upload questions on the forms.

  • Updated Download PDFs to Download Form PDFs - this downloads the selected forms as PDFs

  • When no files are available to be downloaded from the selected forms, we updated the error message to be more specific: “None of the selected forms have attachments”
