Send recurring or one-time form reminders

The intended audience for this article is Agents.

To send recurring or one-time reminders on a form, first make sure that some questions or the entire form has been assigned.

Once some users have been assigned, you can send a one-time reminder or setup recurring reminders by clicking the Reminders dropdown on the left sidebar.

Send a one-time reminder

Send a one-time reminder by selecting Reminders > Send Reminder. All collaborators on the form will receive a reminder email that links to the form. This option is useful if you are working with a customer on the phone and you need a quick way to send them an accessible link.

Send recurring reminders

Setup recurring reminders by selecting Reminders > Recurring Reminders. Select the frequency of days that reminders should be sent (default is every 7 days). All collaborators on the form will receive recurring reminders every # days, until they have met a condition that will turn the reminders off (see below for details).

Conditions when recurring reminders will be turned off

  • Once a collaborator answers at least one question, that collaborator will stop receiving recurring reminders.

  • If anyone marks the form complete, recurring reminders will stop sending.

  • If a collaborator unsubscribes from email reminders via the unsubscribe link in the email reminder. This ensures that customers have control over their email inboxes and that Wunderite is in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.

  • If agent manually turns off reminders (see below).

  • If none of the above conditions are met, recurring reminders automatically stop sending after 120 days have passed.

Update frequency or turn off reminders

Once recurring reminders have been turned on, an agent can update the frequency of reminders or turn them off completely. To update recurring reminder, select Reminders > Recurring Reminders.

  • Update the frequency of reminders by changing the days field and selecting Save Reminders.

  • Turn off recurring reminders for everyone by deselecting the checkbox and then selecting the Turn Off Reminders button.
