As mentioned in the Step 5: File Sync Setup, choosing this option requires Vertafore's ImageRight product to be set up and active for your agency. You will need to determine your email receiver address(es) and subject line format. This article will explain how to configure these options.
Email Receiver Address
Wunderite can accommodate a single email receiver address for both commercial and personal lines, or separate email addresses for each.
You'll want to work with your Vertafore account manager or solutions team to verify your existing receiver address(es) and whether a new one should be created for Wunderite.
Include policy type (Commercial or Personal) in the subject line?
This is an optional setting that will dynamically pull in the word commercial
or personal
to the subject line depending upon the risk profile from which the completed form or signature file originates.
Subject
The email subject can be customized using a combination of dynamic merge fields (AMS360-CustomerId
and Policy-Type
) and plain/static text.
The standard subject line format we recommend based on Vertafore best practices is {AMS360-CustomerId}|{Policy-Type}

The AMS360-CustomerId
(also known as UUID) is the value that AMS360 & ImageRight recognize as the unique identifier for programmatically sending and retrieving data related to a customer record.
This value can be seen in the URL when viewing a customer in AMS360, for example:
You have the option to add static text and character delimiters such as |
or spaces if your ImageRight workflows expect a specific subject line format.
