Form Response Filters

On the Form Response page, you can filter questions by:

  • Assigned to

  • Required

  • Answered

  • Unanswered

  • Applicable

  • Not Applicable

  • Has Notes

You can clear all filters at any time by selecting Clear Filters.

Automatic Filtering

If you try to mark a form complete while required questions are still unanswered, the form will automatically filter to show those unanswered required questions.

Repeating Group Questions

  • Filters apply to the entire group, not individual questions.

  • If any question in the group is required, the whole group appears when filtering by “Required.”

  • If any question in the group is answered, the whole group is considered “Answered.”

How Multiple Filters Work

  • Selecting multiple assignees = shows more questions (additive).

  • Selecting multiple statuses = shows more questions (additive).

  • Selecting both assignees and statuses = shows only questions matching both (e.g. “Required” and assigned to Saul Goodman).

Customer View

By default, customer collaborators only see the questions assigned to them.
