The intended audience for this article is Agents.

Wunderite’s Risk Data feature lets agents add, manage, and share schedules, statements of values, or other “lists” (e.g., driver lists) with customers. To access Risk Data, go to a Commercial or Personal Risk Profile > Risk Data, then choose a section. Our spreadsheet editor makes it simple to review and update this information.

In 2026, we’re rolling out a new Send & Review Risk Data workflow that lets agents assign risk data schedules as tasks for collaborators. This feature is currently in open beta and available at no extra charge. To enable it, contact your customer success manager.

Send & Review actions overview

  • Send for Review - assign a risk data schedule as a task to collaborators.

  • Renew Review - reassign a previously reviewed risk data page. Useful for renewals.

  • Notify Collaborators - send a task list notification email to all collaborators for the current risk data page.

  • Lock Schedule - lock the risk data page from edits. Agents can unlock it. End customers can't.

  • I'm Done / Edit - indicates you are finished working on the schedule. The page is disabled only for you until you select Edit.

  • View Activity - opens the Activity Log filtered to risk data actions. A future update will add visual change summaries to make reviewing updates easier.

  • Unassign collaborators using the avatar summaries

Send risk data for review

Once enabled, a Send & Review dropdown appears in the top-right corner of each risk data page.

  1. Select Send & Review > Send for Review.

  2. Choose one or more collaborators, then select Next.

  3. Configure notification options, including email alerts and recurring reminders.

  4. Review Risk Data Permissions.

    1. You can assign multiple risk data pages at once using the risk data type dropdown

    2. In most cases, we recommend keeping the default permissions. These ensure customer collaborators can view and manage only the risk data you share

Review risk data as a collaborator

After assignment, collaborators receive an email notification and see the schedule as a task in their task list.

  • Risk data pages are mobile-friendly and can be reviewed on any device

  • Collaborators can view, page through, and edit schedule data as needed.

  • When finished, they select I’m Done

    • On desktop, this appears in the top-right

    • On mobile, it appears at the bottom of the screen

  • If additional changes are needed after marking a task done, collaborators can select Edit to re-enable the schedule

When a collaborator selects I’m Done, all agent collaborators on the risk profile receive an email notification.

Locking schedules

Agents can prevent further edits by selecting Send & Review > Lock Schedule.

  • Locked schedules can't be edited by insureds or customer collaborators

  • Any agent collaborator can unlock a schedule if additional changes are required

  • End customers can never unlock a locked schedule

Send for renewal

If a policy renewal is approaching and you need a collaborator to re-review a risk data page, select Send & Review > Renew Review. You can reassign the page to collaborators who were previously assigned. Their done status resets, and they receive a new email notification letting them know the schedule is ready for review.

Unassign risk data

To unassign collaborators from a risk data page:

  1. Use the collaborator avatar summary at the top of the risk data page.

  2. Remove collaborators as needed.

Important notes:

  • Only one risk data type can be unassigned at a time.

  • To unassign all risk data types, repeat this process on each risk data page.

  • Unassigning removes the task from the collaborator’s task list but does not remove page access.

  • To fully remove access, update permissions on the Collaborators page. Collaborators need to be unassigned before their permission can be removed.

  • You can also lock the risk data page to prevent edits.

Legacy Risk Data Workflow

If you don’t have the Send Risk Data feature enabled, you can still give customers access to view or manage risk data, it just won’t appear in their task list. To share risk data with a customer collaborator, navigate to a Risk Profile > Collaborators.

You can assign Risk Data permissions when inviting a new collaborator or editing an existing one (Actions > Edit Collaborator). In both cases, you’ll see a Risk Data Permissions section with dropdowns to select which risk pages the customer can access.

You can assign the following permissions

  • Disabled - No ability to view or edit risk data

  • View Only - View-only permission for risk data

  • Manage (Recommended) - View, create, edit, and delete risk data

  • Manage & Export - Full access to view, create, edit, delete, and export risk data

Once a customer has risk data access, you can copy a link and then direct them to access the appropriate risk data section using the sidebar navigation on desktop, or select the lightbulb exclamation icon💡on the bottom toolbar on mobile.
