What to do when your property data limit is reached

Wunderite’s standard plans include a free allotment of property data credits - either 10 or 15, depending on your subscription type. These credits allow you to pull valuable third-party data for specific property addresses at no additional cost, giving you a chance to explore the feature firsthand.

Each time you perform a property data lookup, one credit is used. This happens the first time you click "View Data" on a property. At that point, you'll see a confirmation pop-up showing how many credits you have left and asking you to confirm you'd like to use one to pull data for that address.

These credits are a great way to test out enhanced property insights powered by third-party sources before needing to purchase more.

Once your organization has used all of its property data credits, attempting to click "View Data" on a new property will trigger a message stating "Property Data Limit Reached." This alert will prompt you to contact our support team to purchase additional credits and continue accessing third-party property data.

Agency Administrators can email [email protected] to purchase more credits. For billing simplicity, Wunderite offers Add-on Property Data credits in bulks of 50 for $150 total ($3 per pull).

The Wunderite team will confirm whether we can bill your credit card on file or send an invoice, based on your preference. Once payment is received, the additional pulls will be added to your account.
