Step 1: Add a Building

Start by adding a building within the Risk Data section of a Risk Profile.
Note: To add a Building to a risk profile, you must first add a Premise.

Step 2: View Data

Once the building is added, click “View Data.” This will open the building detail view.

Note: You will see the pop up below saying you have "X" amount of credits available and ask if you want to pull the data. Select "Yes, Pull Data".

(If you are out of credits, you'll need to email [email protected] to buy more credits to proceed).

This is where you’ll see 4 types of third-party property data that Wunderite pulls in automatically:

  • Enhanced Property Data: Information from local tax assessor records

  • Replacement Cost Data: Values generated through our integration with Hazard Hub

  • Property Risk Data: Risk insights based on the latitude and longitude of the property also generated by Hazard Hub

  • Photos: This comes from the MLS and typically seen for personal properties.

Step 4: Search & Filter Data

Inside the building detail view, you can quickly find specific data points using the search box or by applying filter options at the top of the section.

Step 5: Autofill Forms with Property Data

Relevant data points will be used to autofill fields in your forms when applicable. When prompted, simply select "Autofill 3rd-Party Data".

✅ Tip: Want to skip the prompt each time?
Go to your Account Settings and enable the option to always use third-party data by default.
