Adds Pennsylvania Workers' Comp Codes to the Workers' Compensation Search tool and Commercial Risk Data.

Adds a customer date range filter for the new Completed Dashboard.

If a customer marks a form done, the customer done checkmark will display on their avatar that displays inline with assigned questions, indicating that they completed filling out the form. Previously the checkmark would only display in the sidebar avatar.

When an agent tries to complete multiple forms with bulks actions and some of the forms have unanswered required questions, prompt the agent to automatically deselect the blocked forms, while still marking the non-blocked forms complete.

With the new Completed Dashboard, the text of the Forms, Signatures, and Invites tabs should update to appropriately reflect the filters that the user has selected. For example, when an agent is only displaying completed items and not in progress items, the agent should see this view:
