The intended audience for this article is Agents and Customers.

To get the most from Wunderite, you will want to receive our emails (eg. passwordless login, notifications, updates, support information). Unfortunately, spam filters and security gateways sometimes label important messages as spam or block them entirely.

To prevent this from happening, add Wunderite to allowlists (or white lists). Allowlisting ensures that your email system trusts emails from Wunderite, preventing them from being flagged as spam or blocked by security measures.

Where we send emails from

1. Add Wunderite to Your Email Spam Allowlist

Spam filters block emails from your inbox. Programmatically set Wunderite emails to bypass these spam filters with common systems:

Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online):

  1. Login to the Exchange Admin Center.

  2. Search “Anti-Spam”

  3. Follow the steps to create an inbound anti-spam policy that lists our sending domains and emails

Gmail (Google Workspace):

  1. Navigate to Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Spam, Phishing, and Malware

  2. In the Spam > Configure section, select “Bypass spam filters in selected lists”. Add our sending domains and email addresses listed above, and save the changes

2. Add Wunderite to Your Security Gateway Allowlist

Email Security Gateways block malicious, phishing, spam, and other threats before they reach your email provider, in addition to enforcing security policies (aka email filtering, email protection, Secure Email Gateway).

For businesses using email security gateways such as Mimecast, Proofpoint, Barracuda, etc (see list below):

  1. Access your gateway's admin console.

  2. Find the allowlist or approved senders setting (sometimes under policies or email protection settings).

  3. Add @wunderite.com and @email.wunderite.com to the allowlist.

  4. Save and apply the changes.

Email Digests and Checking Blocked / Managed Senders Lists

Email gateways occasionally send periodic (daily, weekly) digests that list out emails that were blocked, with a link in the email to Allow or Block all emails like it. We have found that some agents have inadvertently clicked "Block All Emails Like This". We recommend checking individual and organization settings Managed Senders Lists

3. Ensure Your Firewall or Email Security Systems Aren't Blocking Us

If you're using advanced security software, ensure that it isn’t blocking our emails by reviewing blocked email logs, and adding our domain and email addresses to the approved senders list.
