For agencies using the AMS360 integration, Contacts that were created in Wunderite wouldn't immediately display in AMS360 Contacts Overview, because those Contacts were missing a visibility flag in AMS360.

Fixes an issue on forms with overflow questions where agents would receive an error if they attempted to add a configuration to the question e.g. note, not applicable, or required.
