Display collaborator form and question assignment in hover tooltip
Fixes an issue where collaborators assigned to both a form and questions on the form would only show as being assigned to the form in the help tooltip.

When trying to download file uploads on a form, if the any uploaded files had non-ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) filenames, the agent would encounter an error.

On Risk Profile contacts, a warning banner displays if there is no assigned Accounting, Inspections, or Claims contact. We fixed an issue where the banner would display after a search performed no results, even if all roles were appropriately assigned.

Some existing vehicles with valid VINs were missing body class images.
Agent job title displays as "Customer" on Team Members page
On the Team Members page, with the grid view toggled on, if an agency member didn't designate a job title, the job title would display as "Customer" on the collaborator card.
Display helpful error when attempting to import a spreadsheet with missing headers
Previously, when an agent attempted to import a spreadsheet without headers, the agent would encounter a generic: "Whoops, looks like something went wrong" error. We updated the error to be more helpful: "The uploaded file is not in a format that can be understood by the system."
Missing empty state on Team Members page
When on the Team Members page, if a search returns no results, there should be an empty state indicating that there are "No team members with that filter criteria."
Customer sees completed signature file in their queue
Fixes an edge case where an insured customer would see a completed signature file in their queue. The signature file was missing their signature, but it was marked as complete. We fixed the issue by preventing customers from getting into a state where a completed file is missing their signature.
