A guide to creating a basic Zap to push CL leads from AgencyZoom to Wunderite

  1. Click + Create and Zaps to start a new Zap

  2. Click on the Trigger box and search for AgencyZoom

  3. Choose your Event within the AgencyZoom Trigger (e.g. Lead Created or Lead Status Change)

    1. If you want to qualify your leads before creating in Wunderite, you would want to use the Lead Status Change trigger. This will allow you to key the trigger off of a specific stage in your new business pipeline by adding that stage to a filter step.

  4. Next, click on Action to setup a Filter step

    1. You'll be setting up the filter to key off of Lead Type field from AgencyZoom where the filter value is business. This will ensure you are only bringing over Commercial risks to Wunderite.

    2. If you intend you bring over Personal lines risks as well, you will need to create a separate Path within the Zap. See more information about Zapier paths in their support documentation.

    3. If you want the integration to only bring over a lead once it’s hit a certain stage in your pipeline, add a second condition for the filter (by clicking + And) to key off the Stage field in AZ with the specific stage name as the value.

  5. Add your Wunderite Action to Create a Commercial Risk

  6. In the Action of this step, map your preferred fields from the AZ side (basic business info).

Add a Contact to the Commercial Risk Profile

  1. Add a new Action step to your Zap and choose Wunderite as the app

  2. In the App & Event tab, select Create Commercial Contacts for the Event field

  3. In the Action tab, click into the Risk Profile field, and then click on the Custom tab so we can map a custom value for this field

  4. Click to expand the Create Commercial Risk Profile in Wunderite step, and click on the ID value in the list of fields returned from that step. You should see the ID field populate the Risk Profile field above.

  5. Be sure to at least Map the First Name and the Last Name fields -- these are required to create a Contact in Wunderite.

  6. Map the remaining contact fields from your AgencyZoom contact details

From here you can continue to add additional Wunderite Actions to create Legal Entities and other risk data records.
