Windows' extract tool encounters issues with our nested folder structure

Extract the .zip folder with a .zip extraction tool that is capable of extracting folders with nested files. Apple / Mac's default extraction tool works. Windows users need to use another tool.

When an agency exports their data, Wunderite export all forms and signature packets/files with the data they have at the time the export is requested (regardless of status) into a zip file titled "<code>[agency name].zip</code> ".

In your agency zip folder, Wunderite exports a folder for each Commercial and Personal risk profile with the following files and folders:

1. File: .xlsx from <code>Export All Risk Data</code>
2. Folder: <code>Files</code> - Risk Data record that has any Files &amp; Attachments
 1. Folder: <code>[risk data name]</code> - will only have folders for risk data areas that have files &amp; attachments on any risk data record
