One email, multiple customer risk profiles

End Customers: Allow more than one risk profile per email address

Allow one customer email address to be associated with multiple customer risk profiles. This is especially useful for customers that have multiple businesses, or for customers that have both commercial and personal profiles.


Send an email notification to the primary agent if an end customer removes themselves from a Risk Profile

End customers have the ability to remove themselves as a collaborator from a Risk Profile. In the event that happens, the primary agent on the account will receive an email notification so that they can follow-up with the customer and take appropriate action.


Display agent photo, phone, and email address to end customer

When an agent invites an end customer to collaborate on a Risk Profile, if the agent includes a welcome message, the agents photo, email address, and phone number will display along with the message, personalizing the message and making it easier for customers to contact their agent.


Confirmation for Email Verification & Unsubscribe links

Some agencies using email security scanners like Mimecast or Barracuda encounter issues with email verification and unsubscribe links. For those links, we added a confirmation step so that email scanners can't unintentionally verify emails or unsubscribe users from Wunderite notifications.

Risk Profile name stays in breadcrumbs after navigating away from the Signatures page

If a user navigated to the Signatures page, then exited the Signatures page, the Risk Profile name would erroneously persist in the breadcrumbs.


Autofilling Workers Comp code issue

Fixes an issue with how Workers Comp codes are sorted in the backend, resulting in unexpected Workers Comp values getting passed to Forms via Autofill.


Team Admin isn't sent to the Teams page after downloading agency data

If an agency Team Admin requests a download of agency data, then accesses the download link via email, after entering their login credentials, the Team Admin wouldn't be sent to the Teams page.


Answer to conditional question is not deleted on downloaded PDF

Fixes an issue on forms with conditional questions where an agent would answer a conditional question, clear the answer, then download the form PDF. In that scenario, the conditional question would be empty in Wunderite, but would be visible on the downloaded PDF.


Accessing an accepted and expired invite link sends the user to the wrong page

If a user accepts an invite to collaborate on Wunderite and the link subsequently expires, attempting to access Wunderite from the same link would send them to the Email Me a Verification Link page instead of the sign in page.
