Adds the ability to search existing collaborators when sending a form or adding a contact or team member to a risk profile.

Adds support for 5-digit NAICS codes for Commercial Risk Profiles, so that an agent can assign a less-specific code in the event that they can't find the correct 6-digit code.

Fixes an issue that specifically occurred on files scanned in landscape mode, rotated to portrait in PDF viewer, and then uploaded to Wunderite Signature Manager. The files would have meta data designating the orientation, but signature field coordinates were not appropriately updated.

Fixes an issue on the Request a Signature flow that occurred specifically on Mobile devices in the Safari browser, where the Safari toolbar would cover the navigation buttons on the bottom of the window.

When adding a tenant in Commercial Risk Profiles > Risk Data > Buildings > Tenants, the edit and delete buttons would be hidden after adding a Tenant.

Fixes an issue when an agent would select multiple forms, select Send Forms, and invite a new collaborator. In this scenario, the newly invited collaborator wouldn't be assigned to the selected forms.
