AMS360 Integration Video
Overview and Phased Approach
Wunderite partners with Vertafore to directly integrate with AMS360 to allow AMS360 customers to automatically create and update records in Wunderite, and to move information from Wunderite back to AMS360.
Real-time syncing: Wunderite maintains a continuous connection with AMS360. Updates to personal and commercial prospects, as well as customer accounts, are synced from AMS360 to Wunderite in real time.
Two-way communication: Completed forms or signed signature files in Wunderite are automatically synced back to AMS360 and stored within customer Activity records as PDFs.
Wunderite's AMS360 integration uses Vertafore’s EMS and Web Services APIs in addition to the ONS (notification service).

Our integration is compatible with AMS360 Version / Release 21R1 and later.
Setup Guidelines and Considerations
Prerequisites: Agencies must ensure that their Wunderite subscription plan supports the AMS360 direct integration. Typically, this feature is part of specific plan tiers.
Initial setup considerations: During the initial setup, current data in Wunderite may be overwritten. It is recommended to perform a full export of any essential data prior to enabling the integration.
Onboarding support: The setup process generally requires guided onboarding to ensure proper configuration and may take approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on agency requirements.
