Perform bulk actions on multiple forms

Send Forms, Mark Complete, Download, and Delete multiple selected forms

The intended audience for this article is Agents.

While on the Forms page for a Risk Profile, select multiple forms using the checkbox selectors. On the table view, the checkboxes display to the left of the table. The checkbox at the top left of the table selects all forms.

On the tile view, checkboxes display at the top right of each form tile. Additionally, a Select All option is available at the top left of the page, next to the filters dropdown.

After selecting multiple forms, select the Bulk Actions button on the top right of the page.

Five options are available:

  1. Send Forms - send all selected forms to your collaborators. The entire forms will be assigned to your collaborators.

    1. You can defer notifying your collaborators by deselecting the Notify collaborator checkbox. This allows you to build a task list by assigning multiple forms, questions, or signatures, and sending a single task list email later.

      ​

  2. Add to Submission - Organize the forms by adding them to a new or existing Submission.

  3. Mark Forms Complete / Incomplete - mark selected forms complete or incomplete.

    1. If any of the selected forms have incomplete required questions, Wunderite prompts you to deselect the relevant form and mark the remaining forms complete.

    2. If the selected forms have mixed states of complete and incomplete, you have the option to choose if you want to mark all of the forms complete or incomplete.

  4. Download Forms - download a zip file of selected forms, in fillable format.

  5. Merge & Download Forms - download a zip file of selected forms, flattened (can't be filled out).

  6. Delete Forms - permanently delete selected forms
