Link to form when an end customer requests help

Last month, when we added the ability to mark questions required, we included an option for end customers to Get Help From My Agent . We updated the email notification that an agent receives to include a direct link to the form that the end customer needs help with.

Update email notification language to be more friendly

We made two changes to make our email notifications more user friendly:

  1. Call to action buttons updated to be more actionable. When an end customer receives an automated email, instead of a generic View on Wunderite , they will now see a specific action like Fill Out Form .

  2. "If you're having trouble..." text with long URL has been removed. This URL is a legacy email best practice. It's not necessary with modern email clients, so we removed it.

Add repeat count to overflow PDF question title

For repeating group question types (e.g. vehicle or premise schedules), we added the repeat count in the overflow question title to be consistent with our web UI (e.g. Vehicle 5 of 7).

✔️ Fixed

Signatures empty state doesn't display after navigating away from the page

Fixes an issue where the signatures empty state wouldn't display when an agent has no signature files, navigates away from the Signatures page, and then returns to the page.

Consistent form font size on PDF (web view) and downloaded PDF

In some cases when a form included overflow text, the font size on the PDF web view was different from the downloaded PDF. We updated the font sizes to be consistent, so that the PDF that a user sees on the web is the same as the downloaded PDF.

Display correct name on form complete email notification

When an end customer marks a form complete, all agent collaborators receive an email notification alerting them. We fixed an issue where the text in the email listed an agent's name as the person completing the form, when it should be the end customer.
