Required Form Questions
Agents can now mark questions on forms and templates required. When an end customer opens a form that is assigned to them, by default they will see:
All questions assigned to them
Or all required questions (regardless of user assignment)
End customers will not be able to mark a form complete unless all required questions on the form have been filled out. If an end customer needs help, we provide an option for them to Get Help From My Agent
, which allows the customer to send an email to their agent from Wunderite. For more details, check our blog post or watch our walkthrough video.
Prioritize Form Favorites at the top of Forms Library
We updated the Forms Library to show your team's form favorites at the top of the Forms Library by default, making it easier to access your most-used forms.

We updated the customer experience so that end customers can't unassign questions on a form; this action is reserved for agent team members only.
