Email Templates for Introducing Wunderite

Use the below email templates to explain to your customers how to log in and answer questions in Wunderite.

The intended audience for this article is Agents.

Working with current customers, we created the below email templates that you can copy and paste into your main email provider (Gmail/Outlook) and send from your agency email address. These templates were designed to be sent when first inviting your customer to the Wunderite platform, after adding the customer as a collaborator. The first 2 templates below provide a space for you to copy and paste an invite link. This link will be visible on the Collaborators tab, once you've invited the customer, under a section called "invited but not accepted" (Screenshot below). Please note: this link is only visible when the customer's invite is still pending. Once they have already accepted the invite, the link will go away.

Generic Email Template

Hi [Insured Contact Name], I am reaching out to start preparing for your necessary insurance paperwork. To help streamline the process and provide a better experience for you, we have partnered with insurance technology company Wunderite. The Wunderite platform allows you and me to work together on the insurance forms required for your account.

You will receive an email from Wunderite soon (it will come from [email protected]). This email provides a link to begin – please click “Accept Invitation” and continue through the prompts. You can also create a password during this step if you'd like. Alternatively, you can click the link here to get started [Insert Invite Link].

Once your account has been established, you will be brought to a portal where you can see the insurance forms for which I’d like to have your help. Please complete the form(s) to the best of your ability and then click “I'm Done” when you are finished.

Email Template for Introducing Wunderite to Renewals

Hi [Insured Contact Name], I am reaching out to start preparing for your upcoming insurance renewal. To help streamline the renewal process and provide a better experience for you, we have partnered with insurance technology company Wunderite. The Wunderite platform allows you and me to work together on the insurance forms required for your renewal.

You will receive an email from Wunderite soon (it will come from [email protected]). This email provides a link to begin – please click “Accept Invitation” and continue through the prompts. You can also create a password during this step if you'd like. Alternatively, you can click the link here to get started [Insert Invite Link].

Once your account has been established, you will be brought to a portal where you can see the insurance forms for which I’d like to have your help. Please complete the form(s) to the best of your ability and then click “I'm Done” when you are finished.

Email Template for Renewals in Year 2 (Signing Back into Wunderite)

Hi [Insured Contact Name], it's time again to start preparing for your insurance renewal. As a reminder, we use an insurance technology company called Wunderite. You set up your account last year. This year, we've refreshed your account to show the updated questions we need answers to.

You will receive an email from Wunderite soon (it will come from [email protected]). This email provides a link to the new forms, however, you can always log back into Wunderite by going to app.wunderite.com.

When you return to app.wunderite.com, first, enter your email address and click the blue "Sign In With Email" Button. From there, enter your password and click the blue "Sign in With Password" button. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking "Forgot your password?" or clicking the button that reads "Email Me a Magic Link". The Magic Link will be sent to your email and will allow you to log back in without remembering your password.

Please complete the form(s) to the best of your ability and then click “I'm Done” when you are finished.
