Email Templates for Introducing Wunderite

Use the below email templates to explain to your customers how to log in and answer questions in Wunderite.

The intended audience for this article is Agents.

We collaborated with current customers to create the following email templates. You can copy and paste them directly into your email provider to invite customers to the Wunderite platform. These templates are designed to be used after you add a customer as a collaborator.

The first 2 templates below provide a space for you to copy and paste an invite link. This link will be visible on the Collaborators tab, once you've invited the customer, under the actions tab (Screenshot below). Please note: this link is only visible when the customer's invite is still pending. Once they have already accepted the invite, the link will go away.

Generic Email Template


​To make getting your insurance paperwork done easier, we've teamed up with Wunderite, a platform that lets us work on all the necessary forms together.

You'll soon get an invitation from [email protected]. Just click "Accept Invitation" to get started. You can also click the link here, if you do not see the email [insert invite link].

Once you're in, you'll see the forms we need to complete. Please fill them out to the best of your ability and click "I'm Done" when finished.

Email Template for Introducing Wunderite to Renewals

Hi [Insured Contact Name],

To make your upcoming renewal process easier, we're using Wunderite, an online platform that lets us complete all your insurance forms together.

You'll get an invitation from [email protected] shortly. Just click "Accept Invitation" to set up your account and access the forms. You can also click the link here, if you do not see the email [insert invite link]. When you're finished, click "I'm Done."

This new tool will help us get everything done quickly and efficiently. If you have any questions, I'm here to help!

Email Template for Renewals in Year 2 (Signing Back into Wunderite)

Hi [Insured Contact Name],

I'm excited to get your renewal started! By using Wunderite the first year, we have made the renewal process more streamlined. Please view the form/s filled with last years information and make updates as necessary.

Look for an email from [email protected] with a link to the new forms. You can also log in directly at app.wunderite.com anytime. Alternatively, you can click the link here to view your renewal applications [insert meeting link].

Just complete the forms and click “I'm Done” when you're finished.
