The fastest way to send or fill out a form is to use Forms Quick Start. On the agent dashboard after login, select the Send or fill out a form option.

Find and select the form you need to fill out. If you can't find your form, email [email protected] a clean, up-to-date form to add it to our digitization queue. It takes about 2 weeks to digitize a form.

Start typing a company or person's name.

You can either enter an existing commercial or personal account, or create a new account.

After you select an account, select Send or Fill Out Form.

At this point, you can start filling out the form, or send it to your customer. If you're not ready to send the form yet, you can send it at a later time.
