An agent can now remove themselves as a collaborator from a Risk Profile if they no longer want to receive notifications or be associated with that Risk Profile

Like other Risk Data navigation tabs, display the badge count in the sidebar so that you know how many signatures there are.

Users can now sort Risk Data > Liabilities by description.
