Download a Completed Form PDF

The intended audience for this article is Agents.

You can download a form PDF in four ways. In each case, you can choose between:

  • Download Form โ€“ a fillable, editable PDF.

  • Download Form (Flat) โ€“ a flattened PDF that canโ€™t be filled out or edited in a PDF program (e.g., Adobe Acrobat).

If a form includes user-uploaded attachments (for upload-type questions), the system will generate a ZIP file containing both the form PDF and the attachments. In those cases, the Actions menu will update to reflect this. For example, Download Form becomes Download Form & Attachments.

Windows and Mac operating systems should both be able to handle zip files natively. But if you run into any issues, you can use a 3rd-party app like 7-Zip.

1. Forms Page

While on a Risk Profile, navigate to the Forms page. From there, select the Actions button on the right of the form you want to download. Then select Download Form.

2. Form Page - Bulk Actions

While on the Forms page, select multiple forms using the checkboxes on the left of the forms list. Then select the Bulk Actions button on the top right of the screen. Download Form PDFs exports the selected forms in a fillable and editable format, while Merge & Download PDFs exports the selected forms into a single PDF and gives the agent an opportunity to set the form download order.

3. Forms Response Page

While filling out a form on the Forms Response page, select the vertical ellipsis button [โ] in the top right of the top toolbar. Then select Download Form.

4. After marking a form complete

Mark a form complete by clicking the Mark Form Complete button at the bottom of the left navigation bar on the Forms Response page.

A modal popup will display, prompting you with three options:

  1. Download PDF

  2. Return to Risk Profile

  3. Prepare for Signature

Select Download PDF.
