There are three ways you can download a form PDF. In all scenarios, the PDF will be flattened (i.e. you won't be able to fill it out with Adobe Acrobat or other PDF editor).

While on a Risk Profile, navigate to the Forms page. From there, select the Actions button on the right of the form you want to download. Then select Download PDF.

While filling out a form on the Forms Response page, select the vertical ellipsis button [⁝] in the top right of the top toolbar. Then select Download PDF.

Mark a form complete by clicking the Mark Form Complete button at the bottom of the left navigation bar on the Forms Response page.

A modal popup will display, prompting you with three options:

Select Download PDF.
