Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. Many businesses now require it to help protect sensitive data.

At Wunderite, the first step of authentication is signing in with your email and password, or using a passwordless link.

If 2FA is turned on for your account, you’ll see a second verification screen after your email is validated.

You’ll only see this screen if you previously set up 2FA with a third-party authentication app on your phone. Any standard authenticator app works with Wunderite. Check your phone for an existing app. Common examples include:

Google Authenticator

Microsoft Authenticator

Authenticator App

Open your authenticator app and look for your Wunderite entry. You’ll see a 6-digit code that expires every 30 seconds. Enter that code on the Wunderite sign-in screen in the field labeled 6-digit authentication code.

You can choose Remember this device so you won’t need to enter a code the next time you sign in.

Troubleshooting

Time-based authentication codes rely on your device’s clock. If the clock is even a little off, your 2FA code may be rejected. To fix this, set your device to update the time automatically.

iPhone: Settings → General → Date & Time → Set Automatically
Android: Settings → System → Date & Time → Set time automatically

If you use Google Authenticator on Android, open the app and go to Settings → Time correction for codes → Sync now.

After your time is synced, try entering a new code. Also make sure that your authentication app is up to date.

Support

  • If you can’t authenticate, contact your agency administrator to reset your 2FA, or direct them to our Reset 2FA Code help guide.

  • If you're still having trouble, contact your Wunderite Customer Success Manager or email [email protected]. We’ll verify your identity and help you regain access.
