2-Factor Authentication (2FA) provides an extra layer of security for accounts. 2FA is increasingly becoming a common security requirement for businesses, so that they can protect their data integrity.

At Wunderite, the first step of authentication is either entering an email address and password or authenticating via a magic link.

If 2-Factor Authentication is turned on for a user account, after validating an email address with a password or a link, you will be prompted with a second authentication screen.

You should only see this screen if you have previously set up 2FA using a valid third-party authentication app, typically on your phone. Try checking your phone for an existing authentication app. Some common ones are (note: Wunderite does not necessarily endorse any of these apps. Any authenticator app should be compatible with Wunderite):

Google Authenticator

Microsoft Authenticator

Authenticator App

Check your existing authentication app on your phone and find your Wunderite account. There should be an expiring 6-digit code that you will need to enter on the Wunderite sign in screen, in the input labeled 6-digit authentication code.

You can optionally select Remember this device so that the next time you sign in, you won't be prompted to enter an authentication code.

If you are unable to authenticate your account, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or email [email protected]. We will ask a few questions to verify your identity. Once you've verified your identity, we can grant you access to your account.
