The intended audience for this article is Agents and Insureds/End Customers.

Now that you've added a Form to your Risk Profile, you can begin answering the questions on the form. On the screenshot below, you'll notice our "side-by-side" view with the PDF on the right hand side and the web form on the left. Wunderite forms work bidirectionally, meaning you can work on either side of the screen.

There are several advantages to working on the web form (left side of the screen). The first is “smart-fill”, a feature where Wunderite pulls in information you have already added to the risk profile as recommended answers to questions. On certain questions (e.g., Named Insured, Website, Address), you have the ability to click into the web form field and easily select the answer to the question.

To preview some of the additional functionality within the web form, move your cursor above one of the web form questions. You'll notice 5 icons appear in the right corner. Let's go through them.

Option 1: Clear Answer - This will erase any information you've entered in the question field.

Option 2: Add Notes - Adding a note allows you to add additional context to an answer. This note will appear on an overflow page at the end of the PDF.

Option 3: Mark Question as Not Applicable - Performing this action will strike through the question.

Option 4: Mark Required - Users will not be able to mark a form complete unless all required questions have been answered. For more details, take a look at our knowledgebase articles about marking questions required and filling out a form with required questions.

Option 5: Assign & Share - This option allows you to share specific questions with both teammates at your agency and directly with the insured. We'll dig into this more in the next article.
