How to Add a Vehicle

Learn how to add a vehicle to your prospect or customer's risk profile.

After a risk profile is created, you will have the ability to add risk data to your client’s account. Vehicles schedules are one type of risk data that can be managed in Wunderite. Wunderite not only provides you with an easy way to manage vehicle schedules online, but also pulls in 3rd party data (including manufacturer specifications) for the vehicles you add to a risk profile.

To add a vehicle to a risk profile, the first step is to select Risk data tab on the left side of the screen, then from the drop down menu, select the Vehicles. Next you can select add or Paste Vehicles +.

One row of a spreadsheet will be created. If you select the carrot in the upper right hand corner, you can input the number of vehicles into the add multiple vehicles text box and it will create that many rows. You also have the option to add rows one by one by selecting add single vehicle.

Simply copy and paste your schedule of Vins into the VIN column and Wunderite will automatically authenticate the Year, make and model of each vehicle. Take note of Red cells for invalid vins, and Yellow cells for partial Vins.

The screenshot below highlights the Columns drop down menu where you can select or deselect data to see on your spreadsheet. Scroll throughout and choose which data you would like to see!

If you are looking for more data on a vehicle, select View Data and explore the third party data Wunderite pulls in! Scroll through or search for specific data points using the Filter Data search bar. Pin those data points you would commonly like to see using the Pin Icon to the left of each data point. Your pinned data will be saved each time you view data on vehicles moving forward.
