The Wunderite team is committed to building an open platform and expanding our public API. Making an API endpoint public, documented, hardened, and ready for broad use, takes prioritization, preparation, and roadmap capacity.
To help agencies move faster, Wunderite may selectively provide access to APIs that aren't part of our supported public API. Some may eventually become public, while others may remain non-public. Access may be limited to specific endpoints, resources, or use cases.
Expectations + Mutual Agreement
Non-public APIs are functional, but they may evolve over time. Participating agencies should be comfortable building and maintaining integrations in a changing environment.
Non-public APIs shouldn't be used for workflows that can’t tolerate interruptions or changes. We’ll make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes, but advance notice may not always be possible.
APIs may change or break.
Endpoints, fields, parameters, response formats, and validation rules may change. Integrations may occasionally break, and backward compatibility is not guaranteed. We'll make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes, but advance notice may not always be possible.Some endpoints may never become public.
Access to a non-public API endpoint does not mean Wunderite has committed that endpoint to our public API roadmap. Some endpoints may change substantially or never have a supported public version.There is no service level agreement.
Non-public APIs are not subject to guaranteed uptime, support response times, or resolution times.Your team is responsible for your integration, including:
Handling errors and unexpected responses
Validating API responses and completed operations
Monitoring and maintaining your integration
Protecting API credentials
Providing fallbacks for important workflows
Feedback and support
Report bugs and unexpected behavior as you encounter them. Your feedback will help us improve these APIs and prioritize the endpoints that provide the most value.
Issues may not be fixed immediately. Fixes may take time as we identify patterns and balance non-public API access needs with broader platform development.
Pricing and availability
Pricing isn’t finalized. API access may be priced separately from existing Wunderite subscriptions. Future pricing may reflect usage, support requirements, or other processing costs.
Access isn’t guaranteed. Wunderite may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue access to a non-public API or endpoint.
