The intended audience for this article is Agents with an AMS360 integration.
Wunderite can import policy schedule data from AMS360 into your risk profile. This reduces manual data entry by bringing schedule information directly into Wunderite.
Looking for spreadsheet imports? This article covers importing data through the AMS360 integration. For importing AMS360 spreadsheet exports, see Import AMS360 Policy Spreadsheet Schedules.
Supported schedule types
The AMS360 importer is expanding over time. Today, it supports importing:
Vehicles
Drivers
Garage locations (Premises)
Additional schedule types will be added in future releases, including:
Buildings
Premises
Legal entities
How the import works
When you import schedule data from AMS360:
Wunderite imports the latest available schedule data from the selected policy.
Existing records for the selected schedule type are replaced with the imported records.
Records with unsupported or invalid values are imported whenever possible, while unsupported fields are skipped.
If no records are available for the selected schedule type, your existing data remains unchanged.
Before you import
To use the importer:
Your agency must have the AMS360 integration enabled.
You must have permission to view and edit the risk profile.
The selected policy must contain the schedule data you want to import.
Only agency users can import policy schedule data. This feature is not available to insureds or customer users.
Things to know
Only supported policy schedule types can be imported.
The importer uses the latest available policy schedule data.
Existing records for the selected schedule type are replaced during import.
Some AMS360 fields do not have equivalent fields in Wunderite and are not imported.
Imports may include warnings when some values cannot be imported.
More detailed import reconciliation and reporting will be added in a future release, making it easier to review imported, skipped, and unsupported data.
After the import
After the import completes, review the imported records to confirm they match your expectations. If any values could not be imported because they are unsupported or invalid, Wunderite will notify you that some fields were skipped while importing the remaining data.
