The intended audience for this article is Agents with an AMS360 integration.
Wunderite can import policy schedule data from AMS360 into your risk profile. This reduces manual data entry by bringing schedule information directly into Wunderite.
Looking for spreadsheet imports? This article covers importing data through the AMS360 integration. For importing AMS360 spreadsheet exports, see Import AMS360 Policy Spreadsheet Schedules.
Supported schedule types
The AMS360 importer is expanding over time. Today, it supports importing:
Vehicles
Drivers
Garage locations (Premises)
Additional schedule types will be added in future releases, including:
Buildings
Premises
Legal entities
Prerequisites
To use this feature:
Your agency must have an active AMS360 integration.
The Import AMS360 Risk Data Schedules feature must be enabled from Team → Feature Settings. Early Access on July 8, 2026. Standard release on July 22.
Custom Importer must be disabled.
Import schedule data
Open the a supported risk data page on a Wunderite risk profile.
Select the down arrow next to Add.
Select Import from AMS360.
Choose the AMS360 policy you want to import from.
Wait for the import to complete. Wunderite displays a notification and automatically refreshes the page with the imported records.
How the import works
When you import schedule data:
Wunderite imports the latest available schedule data from the selected AMS360 policy.
Existing records for the selected schedule type are replaced with the imported records.
If a field isn't supported in Wunderite, it is skipped while the remaining data is imported.
If the selected policy doesn't contain records for that schedule type, your existing data is left unchanged.
Some AMS360 fields do not have equivalent fields in Wunderite and are not imported.
Imports may include warnings when some values cannot be imported.
More detailed import reconciliation will be added in a future release, making it easier to review imported, skipped, and unsupported data.
Supported AMS360 lines of business
To make it easier to find the correct policy, Wunderite only displays AMS360 policies that are supported for the selected schedule type.

Why some policies may not appear
The AMS360 EMS integration determines which policies are available for import. Vehicles, drivers, and garage schedules are only available through the EMS Business Auto endpoints for Lines of Business configured with a System Data Entry of Business Auto.
Each AMS360 Line of Business has both:
A Line of Business (for example, Business Auto, Truckers, or Garage & Dealers)
A System Data Entry, which determines which EMS endpoints provide access to that policy's data
When searching for policies, Wunderite can search using the Line of Business description or code (such as AUTOB, TRKRS, or GARAG). However, the policy search doesn't include the System Data Entry value.
Vehicles, drivers, and garage schedules are available through the EMS Business Auto endpoints only when the Line of Business is configured with a System Data Entry of Business Auto.
As a result, some policies may not appear in the importer even though they contain supported schedule data. For example:
A Truckers policy configured with a System Data Entry of Business Auto can be imported.
A Truckers policy configured with a System Data Entry of Truckers won't appear for vehicle, driver, or garage imports.
The same behavior applies to Garage & Dealers and other commercial Lines of Business.
Troubleshooting
If you can't find the policy you're expecting:
Verify the policy contains the schedule type you're importing.
Verify the policy uses a supported commercial Line of Business.
Your agency may use a custom AMS360 Line of Business that Wunderite doesn't currently recognize.
Your AMS360 administrator may need to verify how the Line of Business is configured, including its System Data Entry.
If you're still unable to find the policy, contact Wunderite Support. We can help determine whether the Line of Business is supported or whether the policy's configuration supports schedule imports through the AMS360 EMS integration.
Performance and scale
The AMS360 importer has been tested with imports containing several hundred records, including large vehicle and driver schedules.
Schedule | # Records Imported (Tested) |
Drivers | 3000+ |
Vehicles | 3000+ |
We're continuing to test and optimize performance for agencies importing several thousand records at a time. If you encounter performance issues with unusually large imports, contact Wunderite Support.
After reviewing the imported records, you can send them to your customer for review as part of your renewal workflow.
