The intended audience for this article is Agent Admins.
Team and segment admins can configure risk data column visibility, order, and important fields to create consistent experiences for collaborators and insureds. Settings can be managed at both the team and segment level, with optional controls to lock team defaults.
Availability
Column visibility and order are available for all agencies.
Column Importance is available for agencies on Agency Pro and Enterprise plans, beginning June 10, 2026.
Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable Column Importance.
Configure risk data column settings
Go to Feature Settings
Scroll to Configure Column Display Settings
Select a risk data page, such as Commercial Vehicles
Update the following settings as needed:
Click Save All Column Settings
These settings apply to both standard and custom columns.
Column visibility
Control which fields collaborators see on a risk data page. Visibility settings help create a more consistent experience and reduce unnecessary fields. By default, collaborators can override visibility unless an admin locks column visibility to the team default.
Column order
Reorder columns to match your team’s preferred workflow. Column ordering applies to custom columns and mobile views. By default, collaborators can override the order unless an admin locks column order to the team default.
Mark columns as important
Admins can mark columns as important to encourage collaborators to complete critical submission data.
Display a warning when left incomplete
Do not block saving
Help teams collect complete submission data faster
These warnings appear in both desktop and mobile experiences.
Lock team defaults
If you want all collaborators to use the same layout, you can lock:
Column visibility
Column order
When enabled, collaborators can't override team defaults. Users attempting to modify locked settings will see a message indicating the configuration is managed by their team or segment admin.
Configure segment column settings
If segments are enabled for your team:
Go to Segments
Edit the segment you want to configure
Open Configure Column Display Settings
Apply segment-specific visibility, order, and important field settings
Segment settings allow different workflows or business units to maintain their own layouts.
Risk profile experience
After saving your configuration:
Risk data tables update to reflect the configured column order
Important fields appear when creating risk data records
Locked settings prevent collaborator overrides
Mobile experience
Column settings also apply to mobile workflows. Collaborators and insureds will see:
The same field ordering as desktop views
Important field warnings during data entry
This helps maintain a consistent experience across devices.
