The intended audience for this article is Agent Admins.
Agency admins can now control how new features are introduced to their team using the Feature Release Track. This setting determines when new features become available to your team and whether beta features are included in your rollout.
You can find this setting by going to Team β Feature Settings. Note: what was previously Team Settings is now called Team Profile.
Available release tracks
You can choose from three rollout options depending on how much control or early access your team wants.
Standard (recommended)
This is the default behavior Wunderite has always used.
New features are enabled once they are fully released
Beta features are not included
This option is best if you want stable releases without early previews.
Early access
This track allows your team to receive features sooner.
New features are enabled as soon as they become available
Beta releases are included
This is useful if you want to try new features early and provide feedback before they are fully released.
Conservative
This track gives your agency the most control.
New features are disabled by default
Team admins must manually enable each feature
When new features are released, you will begin to see feature toggles appear on the Feature Settings page that allow admins to enable them individually.
How feature controls will appear
As new features are released, admins may see feature checkboxes or toggles in the Feature Settings page. For example, if your team has the Conservative option selected, a future feature like Auto Prepare Signature will appear as a toggle that admins can enable when their team is ready.
Important notes
The Feature Release Track only affects new features going forward.
Previously released features are not affected by this setting.
Why agencies use release tracks
Many agencies prefer to control when new functionality is introduced so they can:
Train their team before enabling new features
Review documentation or walkthroughs
Roll out changes at the right time for their workflow
For every new feature release, Wunderite will continue to provide help articles and walkthrough videos to help your team get up to speed.
