Filter agent dashboard by progress, agent, segment, or date range

Use filters to quickly drill into work by collaborator, segment, status, and date

The intended audience for this article is Agents.

The agent dashboard includes granular filtering so you can quickly narrow down the work that matters to you and your team.

You can filter dashboard results by:

  1. Progress
    Shows complete or incomplete profiles.

  2. Agent collaborator
Filter work associated with one or more collaborators.

  3. Segment
Filter work belonging to a specific segment. This option appears only for agencies that have Segments enabled.

  4. Date range
Limit results to a specific timeframe.

Filters are based on the risk profile collaborator, not the task collaborator. Filtered content will show all tasks associated with risk profiles that agent is assigned to.

How filtering works

Filters behave differently depending on the type of filter you apply.

Within the same filter type: OR logic

Adding multiple values inside the same filter makes the results more permissive.

Examples:

  • Selecting Philip OR Peter in the collaborator filter shows work from either collaborator.

  • Selecting Status Quo Central OR Status Quo East in segments shows work from either segment.

Across different filter types: AND logic

When combining different filter types, results become more selective. Suppose you want to review work your team has done recently for a specific segment.

You could filter by:

  • Segment: Status Quo Central

  • Collaborators: Philip, Peter

  • Date range: Last 30 days

This view shows recent work completed by those collaborators specifically for that segment and time range. This returns work that matches all three conditions.

Sticky filters

Filters are sticky, meaning your selections persist when you refresh the page or return to the dashboard. This allows you to keep working in the same filtered view without needing to reapply filters.

Mobile-friendly filtering

The filter interface works on mobile devices as well. You can easily open the filter menu, select collaborators, segments, or date ranges, and quickly narrow down dashboard results while on the go.

What’s coming next

These filters are currently available on the Agent Dashboard. They are built as modular global components, which means the same filtering system can be added to other pages in the future, such as:

  • Risk profile pages

  • Form workflows

  • Other collaborative workspaces

This will make it easier to understand what your teammates are working on across the entire platform.
