Background

When preparing signatures for multiple completed Wunderite forms or uploaded PDFs, you can merge all selected files into a single signature PDF. This approach offers two main benefits:

  1. Only one signature is needed for the whole set of files.

  2. Include read-only documents that your insured needs to view but not sign (for example, a disclosure file).

  3. Simplify the signing experience with all pages in one scrollable document instead of separate files.

Trade-off

If you merge multiple forms that originated in Wunderite into one PDF, the link between each form and its individual signature file is lost. The forms still exist in Wunderite, but if you edit a form later, you’ll need to restart the signature process from the beginning.

Merge multiple files

Start by going through the normal prepare signature process. When you reach the "Select completed forms to prepare" step choose all the forms and uploads you want to include. This is a good time to add any view-only files (for example, disclosures or policy documents). After choosing your forms, select Next.

Add a packet name when prompted, just as you would for a normal signature packet.

When you get to the "Drag forms to the desired order" step, select the "Merge into a single signature file" option, then select Merge & Prepare.

On the signature prepare screen, you'll see all of your forms and files displayed in one continuous scroll. Only one signature is needed for the entire set of files.
