Edit answers on a completed form as an end customer/insured

Update answers on a form that was already marked done

The intended audience for this article is Insureds/End Customers.

If you're an end customer (insured) and need to update questions on a form that you already marked one, navigate to your task list at app.wunderite.com. On the My Tasks page, select Show Completed Tasks on the right.

You'll see a list of all tasks that are already completed. Select the form that you want to update.

Note:

  • You can only edit form tasks. Forms have a file icon 📄.

  • You can't edit form tasks that your agent already marked completed (see below for more info)

  • You can’t edit signature tasks after signing. Signature tasks use the ✒️ icon.

When viewing the form, select Edit Answers in the left sidebar or at the bottom of the form. If your agent already marked the form complete, you won’t be able to edit it. Contact your agent directly if changes are needed.

After selecting Edit Answers, you can update your answers or add missing information. Make sure to mark the form done again when you're finished, so that your agent is notified.
